Entries received after the Wednesday prior to the tournament or received on tournament day will result in a $10.00 late fee. This applies to all players. Walk in entries will be accepted on a space available basis.
Entries will not be accepted without money or proper entry form.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS: All funds must be in US Dollars. Only US Money Orders or US Cash will be accepted for payment!
A $25 membership is due for all new players at their second MJBT. This membership is valid for one full year. Membership fees will be collected at the tournament site
or with your tournament entry.
Checks will not be cashed for any tournament until after the tournament has been completed. Please make checks payable to MJBT. Returned checks will be subject to a $15 service charge. DO NOT SEND CASH !
Valid money orders will be accepted in lieu of checks/cash.
If you are sending in entries for 2 tournaments, please issue separate checks/money orders for each month. This makes our accounting a lot easier. Multiple players/family members can be placed on 1 check, assuming both entries are for the same month and the applicable entry forms are sent for each bowler.
Costs for memberships, brackets
and Junior Gold entries may be included along with entry fees. Other
items (logos, etc) shall be paid at the tournament site. Please do not include these in entry fee checks.
Entries should be postmarked at least 7 days prior to the specified Wednesday deadline to ensure timely delivery and avoid late fees.

Preference will no longer be given to current members for any regular event. In the event there are more reservations than available spots, a waiting list system will be used. Players that have not checked in by 8:45am will forfeit their spot to waiting list players.
Failure to cancel will result in loss of entry fee. Cancellations will NOT be accepted after the tournament has been completed, unless in case of emergency. If you are sick on tournament day, please call the host center and ask for a MJBT staff member.
If you have to cancel, you have the option of holding over the entry for the next month, or having the entry fees returned to you via mail. We will not hold entries for more than two months.
If you know/believe we have received your entry but your name is not listed below (within reasonable time), please email us at info@mjbt.org or call 800-450-6528 and leave a message. Please double check the "Last Update" date - we cannot always get updates done when they may need to be done...
The MJBT will NOT send out/call reservation confirmations to help control costs. This page will act as the "official confirmation" listing.
Reservations will be accepted for the next two events at any time.
This page will not necessarily be updated everyday, and keep in mind that the mail service is not always perfect either. In other words, we'll do the best we can, but we make no guarantees..
